1. The service

Zooglot is a free browser game published by Viking Labs (enterprise number 1042.997.052, see the legal notice). You can play without an account. By using zooglot.com you accept these terms.

2. Fair play

Enjoy the game and share your results. Please do not:

• overload or attack the website, or try to access parts of it that are not public;
• copy the site, its code or its sound database in bulk, or scrape it automatically;
• present Zooglot, or a copy of it, as your own product.

3. Scores and the Daily challenge

Scores and Daily results are stored only in your own browser. They can be lost if you clear your browser data or switch devices, and we cannot restore them. Scores have no monetary value and no prizes are attached to them.

4. Content

The animal sounds are collected from common usage and are meant for fun. Spellings vary by region and source, so a spelling in Zooglot is not the only correct one. See the legal notice for intellectual property details.

5. Availability and changes

We may change, pause or end Zooglot or parts of it at any time, for example to add animals, languages or new game modes. We may also update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version.

6. Liability

Zooglot is provided free of charge and as it is. To the extent permitted by law, Viking Labs is not liable for indirect damage or for damage caused by the unavailability of the game. This does not limit liability that cannot be excluded under Belgian law, such as for intent or gross negligence.

7. Law and disputes

Belgian law applies. We would rather solve any issue with you directly, so please email us first. If that does not work, the courts of the judicial district of West Flanders are competent, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer.
